If you distilled all the valuable reasons to join the IAJHF down to one thing, you’d come up with pure information. The kind of information that you can count on, can question and verify, and even call someone on the phone or email them to dig a bit deeper. We have no “other agenda.” You and all of us in the IAJHF are truly about one thing: Members helping members. And sharing information on our secure Message Board is the avenue that takes you to the information you need.

Every day there are new ideas offered on our unique forum. Problems are shared, answers are suggested, real solutions derived. Is ProFiler giving you fits on some area? Post a question, and within an hour or two, someone will probably post a response: “We found the same thing and a level two PHD tech told us how to fix it. Here’s what you do:…” or “We heard they have it on the ‘known issues’ list, but we tried doing the following work-around, and it solved the problem for us…”

Perhaps you have found a great source for direct mail help, or toner cartridges, or maybe even a practical solution to some employee pay situation we all run up against. Post it! And watch the ideas that add to yours, that congratulate you, that prod you to think even another step further. And you know what? Everyone of us in the IAJHF benefits. This happens year ‘round when you’re an IAJHF member.

And the benefits are really creating Win-Win-Win situations for franchisees, for our customers, and for the whole Jackson Hewitt system. Since well over half of the NAC members are also IAJHF members, our solutions and concerns are routinely shared within the corporate offices in New Jersey and are given due consideration. And better solutions and ideas are given full exposure much more quickly than would happen if we did not exist.
